When you thank your guide….

When you thank your guide, remember to send that “Thank you” from your heart.  Barbara, who is one of my guides, explains it this way.

One way to connect with your guide is to say, thank you.  And when  you do that, remember to send that thank you from your heart.  Not from a thought in your head, but from your heart.  Two different things, like chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream.  Both ice cream, but different. 

When thanking your guide, remember to send it from your heart.  That will help move the love energy in the universe.  And that thank you sends energy to your guide, and they just glow.  Your thank you helps to raise their vibration and that helps them do their work for you and for others.
